Pakistan Penal Code Section 302/34 Criminal Code of Conduct (v. 1898), Section 103 Definition of Evidence. The complainant and other witnesses gave a completely different version of the case at trial as was recovered from the gun and cartridges in the FIR. The plaintiff's alleged violation of section 103 affected the presence of interested police officers without joining the private persons available in the proceedings, the CC's alleged confession statement being engineered and not voluntary. The trial witnesses were accused of being the trigger for the incident by the trial witnesses, who were not acquitted by the witnesses during the trial, and it was a pick-up case that completely corroborated their evidence.
