Punjab Local Government Ordinance 1979 Adding Votes to Voters 18 & 24 Voter list: High Court in its order directed the Returning Officer to include votes in voters. Was - in which it was claimed that the High Court was not justified. Continuing to include the votes, the question is whether any votes were inappropriately excluded, could only be decided by pharma, provided under the relevant law and not by the High Court. In particular, the leave of appeal against the High Court order was passed after the election was over.
