The ownership of the property / concern changed hands but the site where the land acquisition plan was obtained is still there and is still used for the preparation of the holding cement, abandoning such a plan. There was no question of R14 nor was there any question of R14; constitutional petition was removed from the premises as it was attracted by Punjab Land Rules, 1983.
