Punjab Land Acquisition Rules 1983 R 14 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition Acquired land, restoration of occupation for which the land was acquired was abandoned and hence could be released in favor of it. The ownership of the property / concern changed hands but the site where the land acquisition plan was obtained is still there and is still used for the preparation of the holding cement, abandoning such a plan. There was no question of R14 nor was there any question of R14; constitutional petition was removed from the premises as it was attracted by Punjab Land Rules, 1983.
