R12A Constitution Pakistan, Article 212 (3) Adjusting the Date of Birth At the time of joining the service, the date of birth of the public servant (applicant) was recorded in his secondary school certificate and in the year 1953. The public servant in the service claimed that his original date of birth was 2 1958, and as a result a lawsuit was established to correct his date of birth, according to which the public servant in his favor gave his birth date. I approached my department for correction but the representation of the department filed by the government employees was unsuccessful and the appeal filed before the service tribunal was rejected. Final and no changes in this date will be valid. Government employee The question was how did a government employee, who joined the service in 1982, not know its actual date of birth, more than two decades later, especially during his education? During the various stages as well as during the service he filled out several exams, the application for leave of appeal for the pro forma as well as the service book was also dismissed in the circumstances.
