PROVINCE OF PUNJAB versus RIAZ ALI
Limitation Act 1908 Section 5 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), Section 115 A review of the delay in dealing with the government in a typical litigation case in 1982, after submitting the charge to the legitimate respondent. The plot was allotted. After the construction was promoted, it was stated that the plot authorities had canceled the allotment in 1987. The respondents filed a civil suit against the authorities' action and in that case it was decided that the petitioner had filed an appeal. Was also excluded by the lower appellate court under Civil 115 CPC. The subordinate court's decision was filed in the ninth day, but the request for review was banned for one year and for more than eight months the law was in favor of the prosecutor and not for the delay in filing the review petition. Could not request the light. Delayed condolences were rejected and excluded within the revision limit
