The respondents filed a civil suit against the authorities' action and in that case it was decided that the petitioner had filed an appeal. Was also excluded by the lower appellate court under Civil 115 CPC. The subordinate court's decision was filed in the ninth day, but the request for review was banned for one year and for more than eight months the law was in favor of the prosecutor and not for the delay in filing the review petition. Could not request the light. Delayed condolences were rejected and excluded within the revision limit
