Cantonment Rent Restrictions Act 1963 Sections 17 (8) and (9) Income Tax Ordinance (Constitution XI of 1979), Section 50 (7) (b) Temporary Rental Order Non-compliant Defendant Tenant shall pay the full rent for three periods. Not submitted for the year in compliance with the rental order approved by the Controller of Rent, but the claim paid by him withholding tax as required by S. 50 (7) (b) of the Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 Deducts some of the money. The Tenant's Rent Restrictions Act, 1963, does not remove the tenants as a result of section 17 (9). The tenant believes that the small deposit in the monthly temporary rent was due to a full grasp of the penalty results if the source did not deduct the withholding tax. The tenant had failed to show an acceptable ground in the law for small submission
