Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 199 Constitutional Request Civil Service Authority had promised that no action would be taken on the basis of the Pak Army's report against the applicant / government employees, which is being considered as a survey report. That no prior action shall be taken against any applicant / civil servant in which there is any circumstantial evidence against any public servant, including the showcase notice and personal hearing required by law. Action will be taken after the ceremony is completed. As long as the applicants / government employees continue to serve and the proceedings against them are not finalized. No salary will be kept due to them. Applicants / Government employees are satisfied with the work given by the Authority. The constitutional request was dealt with accordingly.
