The Code of Civil Procedure 1908 Section 12 (2) prohibits the filing of separate suits for further suits and any affected party to challenge the lawsuit because of fraud and misrepresentation, Section 12 (2), c. Under the PC, the maximum result will be that the order in the suit will be set aside and the proceedings in the suit will be restored and the same will be decided on its merits.
