ALLAH YAR versus FAIZ AHMAD
The Code of Conduct 1908, section 115 of the Limitation Act (IX of 1908), amended section 5 against the judgment of the appellate court, which was to be filed within ninety days before the appellate court's decision, was filed almost two years later. Nor was any request submitted for delay under the Section 5 of the Limitation Act 1908 nor provided any plausible explanation for the delay, in the absence of any special circumstances justifying the delay. In the meantime, a request for review that could be expected to be banned over time was not workable.
