Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 175 The jurisdiction and jurisdiction of the courts of the Supreme Court of Pakistan and the High Court in each province is a mandate of the Constitution, while in consideration of Article 175 of the Constitution, all the remaining courts will be made one by one. The Constitutional Legislature has separate and distinct identities from the Supreme Court of Pakistan and all other courts constituted under or under any other law. No court constituted under any other law can be equivalent to the fact of the High Court which was created or made by the court. The law is headed by a High Court judge, therefore, this court is not made a tribunal under a special High Court or an Act and is chaired by the service judge of the High Court while hearing the case. Experiments. Powers that are available to the High Court under the rules of procedure but such exercise will not, therefore, make this Court a High Court.
