SHAMIM AKHTER versus STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CR PC) Section 561 A & 403 Sindh Crimes Control Act (IV of 1975), Sections 5 and 14 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 13 abolishing proceedings of the cases registered by the police in the present case. Unlawful under law, section 14 of the Sindh Crimes Control Act 1975 ordered to terminate the proceedings against the accused.
