GHULAM versus STATE
Sections 497 (5) of the Criminal Procedure Code (CRPC) and 514 pressures on terrorist activities (Special Courts) Act (XV of 1975), on the basis that the defendant's bond forfeiture of bail is canceled. The special court of the judge who reviewed the case and found the accused absent, confiscated the bail bail and granted the guarantee to deposit the full amount of bail. Was hanged to appear before the Special Court for not suppressing terrorist activities. The session was called to order in the presence of the accused before the court, responsibility or obligation to guarantee to the accused before the court of another discharge
