Pakistan Armed Forces (Activity in Civil Power Assistance) Ordinance 1998 Section 6 and Schedule Anti-Terrorism Act (XXV11 of 1997), Preacher Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 184 (3) Extension of Pakistan's Armed Forces (Work in Relief) To do (Civil Power) Ordinance, 1998 under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution under Article 184 (3) of the Supreme Court under the Ordinance of the Pakistan Armed Forces (Civil Power) Ordinance, 1998, Allows the establishment of military courts. In the Schedule of Ordinances and the above mentioned civilians who are illegal, with no legal authority and no legal influence cases that have already been sentenced but have not yet been processed. Will stand apart from those already existing in the Anti-Terrorism Courts or may be set up under the guidelines provided by the Supreme Court that may be helpful in achieving this. The evidence already recorded in such cases and pending cases will be read as evidence in the cases, provided that it does not affect the powers of the presiding officers of the Anti-Terrorism Courts as they are available under the law. Already convicted and executed in cases will be considered past and closed transactions and will not be affected by Supreme Court decision.
