The Societies Registration Act 1860 Section 20 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Registration Registration Certificates were applicants lawyers and legal practitioners, mainly practicing trademarks, patents, industrial designs, trade names and copyright laws. And an association was created and the object of the application requested for its registration was to organize and organize meetings, seminars, conferences, workshops, etc. in the field of industrial and intellectual property. Authorities refused to issue such registration certificates to the applicants, as the association's objectives and objects came within it. Under Section 20 of the Registration of Societies Act, 1860, the authorities are legally required to issue a certificate of registration to the applicant's association for the performance of normal functioning under the law.
