The Land Acquisition Act, 1894, was issued in the year 4, 1955, the notification of past and closed transactions of land acquisition, land was acquired, the owners were compensated and the possession was transferred to the Military State Officer and in 1994 the Deputy Commissioner. The issue was reopened by issuing a letter. The applicants were not paid the total amount of land acquired from them which was a past and closed transaction of land acquisition under the notification issued in 1955, and neither the Military State Officer nor the Deputy Commissioner were re-charged under any one. Had the option to open. The provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, any letter issued by the authorities were clearly without legal authority and were deemed to be law deficient.
