According to the People's Act, 1976, affected by the provisions of Section 63 of the House of Representatives, there was only one provision whereby a decision issued under section 62 of the Public Representation Act, 1976 was passed during the trial before the final decision. Could be excluded, although this is a by-law, but it did not result. In the event of a dismissal of an election request, the electoral request for non-compliance with this procedure, thus, cannot be dismissed prior to the final decision being passed in violation of the notification.
