Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 25A & 37 (3) Appeals for Complaint Retention Complaints were rejected by the Labor Court saying it had no jurisdiction to decide the issue of exclusive jurisdiction of service tribunals. In which the applicants were the employees of the Water and Sewerage Board which was constituted and as employees of the Government Board, the employees of this Board, controlled by the Government Applicants, could not be considered Board Workers, but were the Government Employees the grievance petitions. The court correctly rejected that which was not enforceable.
