Civil Servants (Appointment, Promotion and Transfer) Rules 1973 R 3 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Government employees were appointed as probationer accountants till they passed the Accountants Promotion Examination in three occasions. Do not, so long as they remain calm. Failure of government employees to pass such an examination resulted in termination of their services. During the hearing of the appeal of the government employees through the service tribunal, the authorities presented that they would give the government employees another opportunity to pass the exam in question, in which they would no longer pass the exams. In dismissing such a service tribunal, appealing to the civil servants, directed the concerned department to provide necessary training to the public servants during the next session and include them in the inspection and if they qualify. They will be restored to their previous positions. Failure to clear such an examination, they will refrain from conducting such a motion in the future, the appeal will be confirmed to the Department to consider whether the service is exempt from the tribunal. Whether the following exemption is within the scope of the Authority of Service Tribunal.
