The affidavit could not be filed, with the request that the affidavit be requested, rather than adjourn the case for further adjournment that the lawyer for the employer went to the Northern Territory with his Family Labor Court. Dismisses the request to postpone the railway reservation slip offered by North Waziristan for proof of progress. Areas were also not taken notice of by a Labor Court order in which it was disclosed by the employer's closure that the labor court had not assigned any competent reasons but the employer's case. The merits were not decided, but can only be issued by a court-issued decree on technical grounds. Not sustained
