Despite the fact that the tenancy agreement was implemented by the applicant's father, however, the same court did not refrain from the fact that the applicant was the original owner of the property under question and, therefore, of the damaged premises. The landlord High Court in the case, therefore, was mistaken, while dismissing the petitioner's petition, stating that the legal point of appeal had been granted to examine whether the view taken by the High Court in the matter.
