PAKISTAN TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANY LIONS STAFF UNION versus NATIONAL INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS COMMISSION, ISLAMABAD
Sections 22 and 22 of the Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 and the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 199 referendums that failed to elect the referendum, filed before the National Industrial Relations Commission an objection to illegal and irregularities. ? The requirement is that the union be free to take advantage of the provisions provided under the law; all these exceptions are subject to the National High Industry Relations Commission's decision not to appeal the union's objection under the High Court order, The defendants' union filed a constitutional petition before the High Court in which they upheld. It is not permissible to halt proceedings through a formal order approved by the Constitutional Petition filed by the Respondent Union of the High Court regarding the proceedings before the National Industrial Relations Commission as previously filed by the applicant union. The Constitution was approved by the High Court. Applicants' union order suspension proceedings were directed to postpone the suspension proceedings.
