Competitive Examination Rules 1977 R 6 (iii) (a) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Civil Service Appointment Domicile Applicant The applicant belonged to Balochistan Province because his father applied for the Domicile about twenty years before the applicant of that province. Certificate was obtained. He also obtained the Independent Domicile Certificate of Balochistan Province and pursued a professional education of Bachelor of Engineering Petitioner on the basis of the same certificate which participated in the Written Examination in Competitive Examination, but before his interview the Federal Public Service Commission requested. Informing the petitioner that the Domicile Certificate applicant was accepted as Punjab instead of Balochistan in accordance with R6 (iii) (a) of the Competitive Examination Rule 1977, the Federal Public Service Commission did not indicate in its letter. What was the basis on which the applicant was concerned. The applicant from Punjab province was a bit on his examination form. MP mentioned that his father was born in Punjab and the Federal Public Service Commission, irrespective of whether the applicant's father was a resident of Punjab. Whether or not the applicant will be declared a resident of Punjab, the candidates will be considered for the purpose of allocating specific quota of vacant posts, only from the place where their father was born or his father. The applicant's father obtained the Domicile Certificate of Balochistan Province about twenty years ago. The bulk service commission was to be considered as a candidate for Balochistan province and not Punjab province.
