KHAN ZAMAN versus STATE
The Explosive Substances Act, 1908, Section 5 Arms Act (XI of 1878), the Section 19F Presidential (Special) Delivery Order, 1998, were found to be the only offense in extending the amnesty granted by the federal and provincial governments and imprisoned. He was convicted, plus the charge of confiscating his entire property when found in possession of weapons, ammunition and explosives, which the plaintiff charged with violating his lawsuit, jurisdiction or revocation of terrorism. I did not bring as used in the Presidential (Special) Remission Order, 1998. No allegation was made against the accused, that the explosive material recovered from his incident was intended to be used in any way for destruction, insurrection, anti-state activities or to commit terrorism. The goal was to avoid them. The benefit of the aforementioned Presidential (Special) Remission Order, 1998, which in turn allowed the special amnesty granted to Praye on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr and Day-Pakistan, 1998 by the President and the Provincial Government. Waiver of waiver provided their case falls under any type of prisoner in which waiver is extended
