DEPUTY COMMANDANT, F.R.P., N.-W.F.P., PESHAWAR versus MUHAMMAD SIDDIQUE, EX-CONSTABLE NO. 2867 OF PLATOON NO. 20 OF KARAK
Border Police Rules 1975 Constitution of RR 5, 6 & 8 Pakistan (1973), Article 212 (3) Two officers each year for major fines on removal of misconduct on corruption charges in compliance with the orders of the superior officers service tribunal. Minor fines are reduced. The increase in integration without the accumulated effect by the authority was that public servants were members of the disciplinary force and were properly prosecuted according to the procedures provided under the police rules and they disobeyed. Was admitted, it was not legally correct to interfere with the service tribunal, in the absence of any legal weakness, leading to the root of the matter and prejudice to civil servants, under question. This operation was carried out under R 8, Northwest Frontier Province Police Rules, 1975. The service tribunal has erred in stating that such action should be made under Rr 5 and 6, Northwestern Frontier Province Police Rules 1975, although it stated that the rules do not apply to the proceedings. And that if any irregularities affecting the defense of public servants were committed, the proper way for the Service Tribunal to seek remand for a fresh investigation in accordance with the Police Rules, 1975, was to go to the authority. Appeal leave to consider being a competitor to be granted
