The West Pakistan Land Revenue Act, 1967 section 164, a public retainer, filed 10 review petitions against the order passed by the Additional Commissioner, under which the respondents' appeals were accepted by the Assistant Commissioner before such review. The same review and 10 reviews were filed against the same respondent. The Member (Colonies) was properly heard by the Board of Revenue and dealt with the observations that the Commissioner would review the order of the Additional Commissioner challenged in the review petitions, the Commissioner was also instructed to hear the parties. Subsequent to the rules decided on the subject, in the circumstances, the Commissioner was instructed to join the proceedings.
