Article 42 (11) of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act, 1974, maintains a direct appeal without permission, even though the dispute was first settled in court and the appeal was still more than Rs. 50,000. Provision of Constitutional Clause (I) The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act applies only when an order is appealed, it is declared diverse or the order of the court is immediately put down. Such provisions did not apply to the decree of affirmations.
