MAQSOODA BEGUM versus JAN BEGUM
Special Relief Act 1877 Section 42 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Sue to declare that the plaintiff was the owner and occupier of the land under the registered deed of sale, and reviewed this question. It has been stated that the change of land was effective against the rights of the defendants, all the courts had asserted by the High Court that the plaintiff did not attempt to cancel the sale deed in respect of the land in this case. Under which such land was set aside in favor of the claimant. Variations on this basis were not applicable for cancellation and were not brought before the trial court nor before the appellate court defendants, as before the plaintiff in the Supreme Court registered the question through the registered sale deed. I bought the land and got possession of it. Subsequent termination of the property by the seller was in favor of his wife, including the suit land, beyond his entitlement, therefore, after the three courts reviewed the evidence on record, the rights of the vendors' wife I have come to know right after the transaction that there has been no sale of the land in question in favor of yielding the relevant results of the three courts. Any interference in favor of the claimant will be guaranteed
