Co-operative Society Act 1925 Section 17B [as inserted by the Sindh Co-operative Societies (Amendment) Act (VIII of 1989]], the transfer of interest in Housing Societies 70 and 54 to the increase of Section 17B in the Co-operative Society Act 1925 The plaintiffs were entitled. Later in 1993, by inheritance, to become a member of the Cooperative Housing Society for interest in the property, however, before the lawsuit was filed, such property was canceled and allotted to another person. Applicants' right to membership under Section 17B, the Co-operative Society Act, 1925, thus, stands as an expiring plaintiff, therefore, as a non-member of the Co-operative Society, a past member of the Society. The person making the claim can, by reference to the provisions of section 44, be held by the claimant. The Cooperative Society Act, 1925 plaintiff's case, thus, sections 554 and 70, were not barred by the provisions of the Cooperative Society Act, 1925.
