JOINT ADMISSION COMMITTEE versus GHAZALA QADIR
The Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) allowed the students to apply for certification of admission on the basis of the Equality Certificate in Medical Colleges whether the Inter Board Committee issued a parallel certificate for changing the grade of the students to marks. Legally qualified to do or not? The formula was developed for the purpose of enrolling them in medical colleges, or through medical colleges as stated in their prospectus, to determine the entitlement of students to enroll in medical colleges. However, each student who was a party was issued a case. In accordance with the constitutional request, the decision will be made on the basis of an equivalent certificate issued by the Chairman of the Inter Board Committee chaired by the Mir Board, and under this standard, temporary admission will be granted.
