ABDUL REHMAN KHAN versus QAMAR-UZ-ZAMAN, DEPUTY ELECTION COMMISSIONERS, MULTAN DIVISION

In the record of the Act, 1976, the Returning Officer could not prove that the appellant had received the specified amount in writing.
