ABDUL GHANI versus STATE
Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) Section 164 (3) of the Conduct Rule (XLV of 1860), Section 302 (b), made the voluntary nature of the accused's confessional statement two days after his confession. Submitted for recording. The arresting magistrate dismissed before the trial court that he had taken all necessary precautionary measures under the law and, after being satisfied that the accused was voluntarily and recording his confession without coercion and greed, to record the same magistrate. Forward the statement on the confession was not voluntary and the question arose as to whether he had recorded the confessional statement of the accused without complying with the provisions of the law where the statement of the magistrate was unconstitutional. Was recorded by the magistrate without complying with the accused's statement. In line with the requirements of the law as set forth under Section 1 PC (()), CRPC, and Estimation W, the accused may have voluntarily made a confessional statement and dismissed the fact.
