KHURSHID ALAM versus GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB
Petition for review of the decision on the removal of the constitutional petition of the applicant, Constitution Pakistan 1973 Section 114 and O XLVII, R1 Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Article 5 and 14 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3). Was made which was the High Court petitioner's intra-court rejection of the appeal against the original High Court decision, because with the time restriction the request for review of the legality was pending for some time and the parties after the hearing. Was dismissed, however, and directed the relevant officer to decide the dispute. After providing full opportunity to all the parties concerned, the question for the determination will be whether there are grounds for delay in filing the intra-Court Appeal Finder Section 5, the Limitation Act, 1908, as per section 14 of the Limitation Act. To no avail. Applicants can submit their terms, in which case the Supreme Court was granted leave to appeal.
