Article 184 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Application under Act 184 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), notice arising out of a matter of public importance regarding the jurisdiction to entertain such petition before the Supreme Court. The problem cannot be considered as a question of public importance. If the decision of the affairs affects the rights of only one person or a group of persons, then in order to understand the public issue, it must be the case in question that its decision affects the rights and freedoms of the people. If a conflict arises in which only a particular group of people is interested and there is no existence of a whole or an entire community, then this is largely related to the people, the nation, the state or the entire community. Refers to something Public interest cannot be considered as a matter of public importance The dispute is that the applicants (employees), who were dismissed by a statutory corporation, said that the corporation could not be regarded as a matter of public importance. Since the issue was of no importance to the majority or the entire community on the issue, allegations of discrimination by applicants have been denied by the employer corporation, on both legal and factual planes. Requires the investigation of factual aspects which cannot be processed by the Supreme Court in proceedings under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution. The constitution did not have stability
