MALIK MUHAMMAD ASLAM versus FEDERAL DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION ISLAMABAD
Civil Servants Act 1973 Section 8 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art: 212 (3) Sincerity Complaint Against the List of Searchers In 1995, a public servant claimed that the defendants were initially recruited on an ad hoc basis and subsequently sent to him. Regulated, so they couldn't do it. Its Senior Service Tribunal found that public servants were appointed on an ad hoc basis, which was only formalized later, so they could not have any complaints regarding regularization of respondents. The service tribunal also concluded that some of the respondents who were also graduate teachers had graduated before civil servant and were senior in the service. And that the appeal of a public servant is multi-faceted. Regarding the accuracy of the service tribunal, the public servant requested that he raise a similar complaint before the special tribunal while applying to the respondents and the matter was eventually remanded to the Supreme Court. For a fresh verdict; the seniority list issued by the department in 1995 was in this regard. The service tribunal, while excluding the appeal of a public servant, did not accept this aspect of the matter; they were allowed to appeal in the Supreme Court. But only against specific respondents.
