YAMIN-UL-HAQUE versus MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE, ABBOTTABAD
Section 12 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitution Petition was an exception to the applicant's conduct under Article 199 of the Constitution, entitled to arbitrary relief of the applicants. Was accepted. The tribunal formed under Act V in 1977, in 1985, when it was decided to sue, but a constitutional petition challenging the jurisdiction of the same tribunal was subsequently filed. When the order was approved, the applicant withdrew his constitutional request for permission to refer to the appropriate court. After its resolution but once again filing a review petition, it filed the case shortly before and approached the High Court for a constitutional petition on the merits of the petitioner's conduct, hence Article 199 of the Constitution. Under this he was not entitled to arbitrary relief. The petitioners involved in the constitutions were not affected by illegal, misuse of jurisdiction or misinterpretation or reading of evidence to guarantee interference with the constitutional jurisdiction of the High Court.
