It is objectionable to maintain the section 44 constitutional application of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Interim Constitution Act of 1974, filed by the Managing Director of the Appeal Corporation and not by the Corporation itself, the competent Managing Director and the Corporation, with no separate entities. The respondent objected to the holding on the basis of the writ petition on the basis that the corporation and the corporation itself had separate powers to the managing director, the defendant himself first, the managing director as defendant in the writ petition and, second, the writ petition.
