After confronting the Board of Revenue with the order of the Board of Revenue, no complaint can be made against it and it is stated that if the Supreme Court is observed for speedy observation, it will appeal. Will not apply for leave. The issue of seeking remand to Additional D by the Board of Revenue was dismissed for leave to appeal to the Deputy Commissioner (Stability), as it was not observed that the relevant officer would file the case with the Board of Revenue as soon as possible.
