That there was no contradiction in the marking. The constitutional petition filed by the constituent applicant, the total and posting of the numbers, was rejected by the High Court with the remarks that there was no contradiction in the marking table, after the High Court examined the papers in question. The search was not open for any exceptions. The response books brought to the High Court were not genuine counter-books which were not brought before the High Court, before it could not be said that the court could not identify any enmity with the petitioning officers who submitted the reply books to the High Court. Well, no merit was found. In the constitutional application, the appeal was granted, in the circumstances denied
