Frontier Province Public Service Commission Ordinance, 1978 and R3 and Northwest Frontier Province Public Service Commission (Duties) Rules 1983 Schedule A, whereby appointments should be made, should be made on the advice of the Post Public Service Commission from BP section 16 to BP section 20 in the province, on the basis of tests and tests conducted by the Commission for this purpose. Therefore, the post occupied by the applicants in BP Section 17 can only be filled. The leave was denied in the circumstances to appeal in the manner prescribed by law
