Abandoned Properties (Taking Over Management) Act 1975 Section 16A [Pakistan Citizenship (Amendment) Ordinance (II Of 1978)] Abandoned Properties (Take Over Over Management) Act (XX 1975), section 2 ( F) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) Respondents having house in East Pakistan were allotted specific plot to pay full price on 22 3 1966 Such plot was given on 2 10 197 1975. The notifier was informed about leaving the property and occupying the Board of Trustees. ) However, the High Court set aside the order to seize the plot and the validity of the restoration of the respondents was indicated on the record with sufficient evidence that after 16 December 1971, the respondent's certificate of citizenship was obtained. Not approved The Board of Trustees' improper order indicates that the defendant was not a special person in the sense of the Abandoned Property (Taking Over and Management) Act, 1975. There was also evidence of his citizenship from the respondents, the first person, who rejected and restored the order by the High Court of Pakistan to overturn the defendants' plot as their abandoned property of their citizenship. Did not guarantee interference in which the Supreme Court of Appeal's appeal was denied
