Constitution of Pakistan 1973 Article 184 (3) Supreme Court Rules, 1980, A XXV Constitutional application in which the question of the justification of the appointment of the Chief Justice of Pakistan under Article 184 (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan has been questioned. In the Branch Registry, the bench confirmed the order and accordingly directed the President of Pakistan along with the Federal Government to immediately appoint the senior most Judge of the Supreme Court under Article 180 of the Constitution as Acting Chief Justice.
