Approval, notwithstanding Section 13A of the Criminal Code (CR PC) section 497 West Pakistan Arms Ordinance (XX of 1965), Section 13A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 264 Bail, West Pakistan Arms Ordinance, 1965 In view of Article 264 of the Constitution, the accused can be prosecuted because he was arrested on the date that the above sentence was an alternative sentence seven RI under section 13A of the said ordinance for possessing a weapon without a license. As such offense did not fall under the prohibited clause of section 497 (1), the CR accused was jailed for the last five months and no further investigation was required. The initial trial was not in sight and the accused could not be kept. Bail granted indefinitely without bail pending trial
