JAMDAD KHAN versus PROVINCE OF PUNJAB
Punjab Service Tribunals Act 1974 Section 9 Punjab Service Tribunals Act (IX of 1974), Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212 directs the appeal against the withdrawal of its posting order against the return of the Civil Service respondent's posting order. The appeal filed by, was premature and was not sustained when the service tribunal was filed, however, was not alive in this case, the affected decision of the service tribunal was as such, not sustained in law.
