The judgment of the Supreme Court was passed on 21 6 1995, while the High Court accepted a writ petition on 1-4 1996, which was filed on 5 12 1994 and the extra-judicial offenses of the Azad Jammu and Kashmir Council on the first verdict of 1984 It was later declared an Ultra-Virus, which was canceled by the Supreme Court effect, though such decisions are inimical to the previous Supreme Court verdict. Remained on technical grounds, was meaningless and could not be used for any practical purpose
