Islamia University Bahawalpur Act 1975 Section 34 Punjab Private Educational Institutions (Promotion and Regulation) Ordinance (IV of 1984), Section 6 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional application was granted interim to the private institution on some condition by the University. Conditional Such temporary affiliation was granted on a yearly basis by the University and each time the affiliation was subject to certain conditions which met and inspected the applicant's request from the affiliated committee of the institution and to indicate the affiliation. Did not recommend. Salary deficiencies, lack of professionally qualified staff and staff services that are being used for educational purposes at other institutions located in other buildings. The University has the legal authority to remove the identified defects of the Committee affiliated with the applicant. En Removed, the University had a specific year of refusing to affiliate with an institution for a legal year subject to certain terms and conditions given the temporary commitment for one year. Had to be fulfilled, but then, by the Affiliation Committee, these terms and conditions were not met. The relevant provisions of the University Act were not opposed by the Affiliate Committee, therefore, the University was in its legitimate right to refuse the commitment of the particular academic year when it was satisfied that such deficiency had previously occurred. Was identified while provisional commitment was not provided for the previous educational session. The constitutional request was not made in the circumstances
