Under Section 5 of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 and the Schedule to Pakistan (1973), Article 199, under the grant of past rehabilitation of minors, the courts were ordered that the children residing in custody of their mothers be treated at a certain rate. Restoration should be paid. The court obliged to look after their children who were in custody of their mother. Children will be entitled to the restoration of the past. There is no discount.
