HUMMA SULTANA BUTT versus BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE & SECONDARY EDUCATION, GUJRANWALA
Chapter VI, R8 Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Request Intermediate Second Annual Examination The legal charge against the applicants could not be established by an inquiry conducted by the Disciplinary Committee to imitate the applicant's disqualification for four exams. And was therefore dismissed by the Appellate Committee. The Disciplinary Committee did not interfere with the order of the Review Committee, however, the ineligible applicant for the four exams has shown on the record that the applicant had no material to impose a fine in any slip-up, except for his poor statement, The court itself examined the copies of the two candidates. There is no suggestion that the response of a candidate was duplicated by another candidate's response to the Dispensary Committee and Appellate Committee, and the matter was thoroughly investigated and the Center Superintendent in charge was dismissed. Had not forwarded the matter to the Board Evaluation Committee without endorsing the record. The HOA Board of Directors of the Intermediate and Secondary Education Board's review committee, however, dismissed the decision on the basis of the alleged statement of the petitioner's order without any legal effect and did not present any legal influence. I approved. The board (respondent) was instructed to declare the applicant's results without wasting time.
