Central Excise and Salt Rules 1944 R96ZZL Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Wires of R96ZZL, Central Excise Rules 1944 challenged in constitutional petitions challenging the application of central excise duty on polypropylene strips. Instead of taking the matter before the appeal, the Collector Customs filed a constitutional petition against the implementation of the Central Excise Duty and also challenged the R96ZZL, under which notification of excise duty was issued. The plaintiffs had no benefit to appeal, which is the technical point of this case. In view of this nature, it has been more appropriate, but still unable to abolish their alternative treatment, they could not withhold the High Court's constitutional jurisdiction for the simple reason that they had taken RZZZL, Central. The Excise Rolls challenged the wires of 1944, which were reported on June 28. The 1995 applications were, thus, able to be retained
