The examination will be calculated for the purpose of admission in addition to the marks obtained by the candidate, therefore, by entering a contradictory clause in the prospectus, it would be equivalent to refusing to enter the deviation from the basic law and depriving the candidate, Met the criteria, by seeking the same clause 27. 1 in the prospectus of the University of Engineering and Technology Taxila, which deprived the candidates of the benefits of NCC, in contravention of Section 29 (c), the National Guards Act, 1973, and so on, in the prospectus. The admission policy and the calculation of the numbers therein shall be governed by the provision of section 29 (c), after it is placed in a subordinate position. In the National Guards Act, 1973, the applicant was entitled to take advantage of the 20 NCC numbers which he should also go for admission, plus his F-scrips plus the Petitioner got more than 60% marks. Entitled to enroll in a university.
