ABDUL HAKIM versus REVISING AUTHORITY UNDER ELECTORAL ROLLS ACT, 1974
Sections 7 and 15 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Constitutional Applicants' Correction of Voters' Addresses were actually located in the voters' list and were given in the electoral rolls which were listed after the name of the respondent. Applicants / voters and applicants / voters also moved to the locality or village which was known after their names, applied for a change of address and the authority related their respective dailies or villages. Correct your address accordingly Applicants file a petition against such change of address On / By Respondents Voters, Reviewing Authority Corrected Correction of Applicants / Voters 'Addresses After the Transfer of Applicants / Voters' Ownership from the Village, They Lived in Related Deals Where they owned freely houses and other immovable properties and had related deals. Identifiers / applicants after their names will be considered to reside in their respective dailies and have the full right to include the addresses of the respective dailies where they were residing, especially when the respondent was also from the original deed authority. Had been transferred, therefore, the correct address of the applicants / voters using jurisdiction was corrected. Section 15 of the Electoral Rolls Act, 1974, and the Revising Authority had no jurisdiction to change the actual / correct addresses of the applicants / voters in the electoral rolls.
